Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for two placements in Villa Rica, GA: a full-time elementary school SLP and maternity-leave coverage at a high school. The positions require a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Georgia licensure (current or pending), and CCC-SLP or CFY status.

Candidates should be able to work across elementary and secondary settings, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current or pending Georgia SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP or CFY is required or in CFY.
• School-based experience is valued.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills required.
• Ability to develop IEPs and provide direct therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement therapy interventions for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, documenting findings and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and learning objectives.
• Maintain detailed and timely records in line with regulations and school policies.
• Support IEP meetings, providing input for student goals and strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
