Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a General Dentist to provide care across two established practices in Plover and Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

The role offers clinical autonomy with the backing of a larger network, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. The position welcomes new graduates and seasoned providers alike, with a schedule Monday through Friday across Plover and Stevens Point facilities.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
• Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services.
• Build strong patient relationships and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams across both locations to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain consistent clinical standards and patient care between practices.
• Utilize modern technology and evidence‑based dentistry to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.
