Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.
• Master’s degree in educational administration or related field.
• Washington State principal certification.
• Three years of successful teaching/certificated experience at elementary level.
• Three years of successful elementary administrative school-based experience preferred.
• Commitment to social justice and equity.
• Experience with Special Education programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in the general administration and daily operations of the school, including implementation of district initiatives, school improvement plans, and assigned administrative duties.
• Confer regularly with the Principal to align leadership actions, priorities, and decision‑making.
• Lead and support dual language instructional model, ensuring fidelity to a 90/10 immersion framework.
• Promote bilingualism and cross-cultural competence through instructional practices and schoolwide initiatives.
• Develop student growth plans and identify evidence for instructional impact.
• Monitor and support inclusive models of learning for students with disabilities.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with staff and families.
