Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 residential environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet position‑specific driving requirements, if applicable.
• Must meet all company and state requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
• Ensure individuals receive care aligned with their individual needs and plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, state regulations, and applicable care standards.
• Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral or operational concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, staff, and community partners.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a hands‑on leader who is willing to step in and support the team when needed.
