Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Dual General Manager to oversee the Hilton Garden Inn and SpringHill Suites Arcadia. The role entails directing all hotel operations, driving profitability, and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction across front office, sales, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and accounting.

The GM will lead a large team, maintain brand standards, and partner with owners and executives to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive hotel roles.
• GM/ AGM experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong management of large teams.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all hotel operations including front office, sales, housekeeping, HR, F&B, maintenance, and accounting.
• Leads with a friendly, attentive, service-oriented demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Maintains open communication across departments to build a high-quality team aligned with guest service standards.
• Manages financials, P&L, and payroll to ensure profitability.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and permits and maintains security and safety systems.
• Drives property-wide improvements through staff training and development for consistent guest satisfaction.
• Delegates effectively and follows up on tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyzes data from multiple sources to inform business decisions.
• Maintains professional relationships with managers and departments.
