Qualifications

  • Earned master’s degree in Spanish from an accredited institution or a related field with Spanish teaching focus.
  • Demonstrated competence in teaching the discipline and ability to develop and implement course goals.
  • Documented transcripts, resume, CGTC application and required materials uploaded via CGTC portal.
  • Ability to teach all phases of the Spanish curriculum, including syllabi, grading and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide associate‑level Spanish instruction in classroom settings and online as needed.
  • Develop syllabi, lesson plans, and student assessments aligned with course objectives.
  • Evaluate student progress, maintain grade books, and complete required reports and records.
  • Mentor adjunct faculty and participate in professional development activities.
