Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Completion of one year (30 semester-hours) of higher education study required.
• One year’s experience working with students in structured situations required.
• Other combinations of applicable education, training, and experience equivalent to an Associates degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Dual Enrollment programs by planning and scheduling college courses with students, counselors and college staff.
• Assist with application, test schedules, financial aid and course registrations for ECA programs.
• Organize classrooms, manage student files and coordinate information dissemination to students, parents and college partners.
• Proctor and administer college placement tests and assist with recruitment and clerical tasks.
