Job summary

Cumberland County Guidance Center is hiring a Full-Time Dual Diagnosis Disorder Specialist to join the PACT team in Bridgeton, New Jersey. This role focuses on providing specialized services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-certification experience with co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and recovery.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substance use screenings and assessments.
• Provide counseling and recovery support services.
• Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Coordinate referrals to treatment and support programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
