Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, contract role near Fawn Grove, PA. This onsite position runs for the full school year, averaging 37.5–40 hours per week, with duties split between an elementary and a secondary building at Fawn Area Elementary.

You will conduct student evaluations, participate in MTSS and child-find, and compile detailed reports while collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support diverse learners in a welcoming school

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience in elementary and secondary school environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of evaluation techniques and psychological assessments.
• Familiarity with MTSS and child-find processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and multitask effectively.
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and supporting inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to support educational planning.
• Participate in MTSS and child-find processes as needed.
• Provide detailed psychological reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success.
• Rotate between two buildings, offering specialized services tailored to each level.
• Serve as student advocate and resource for staff regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs.
