Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Mason, OH, seeks an Art Work Specialist to own the DtP artwork process from design to final art, coordinating with multifunctional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

You will develop skills in pre-press, printing knowledge, and work with Enovia and WebCenter, leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in design, copy, and assembly.
• Solid understanding of design, print quality, and DtP processes.
• Experience with pre-press concepts and print production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• DTP artwork execution on DtP initiatives and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory to capture requirements.
• Plan and manage artwork execution, schedules, and change management.
• Provide Enovia/WebCenter support to multifunctional teams.
• Drive continual improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and report end-to-end artwork metrics.
• Build end-to-end artwork capability and mastery.
• Partner with printers to assess print feasibility and ensure shelf-ready design.
