Position Overview:

As a Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pro, you will provide expert installation and service, delivering top-tier customer care. Your integrity and honesty will ensure customer peace of mind as you offer tailored smart home solutions.

What You'll Do:

1. Earn piece rate pay with an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through industry-leading training.
3. Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mindset.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot advanced smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions to enhance and simplify customers' lives.
6. Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks of products and equipment.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Identify opportunities for additional sales and services to increase your income.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments to generate leads and revenue.

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is advantageous (backgrounds like construction or electrical work are helpful but not mandatory).
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reside within 20 miles of the work location.
• Pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in confined spaces like attics.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
