Position Overview: As a Smart Home Pro, you will provide expert installation and service of smart home technology, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Earn piece rate pay with an unlimited commission plan.
2. Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert.
3. Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems in customer homes.
5. Create solutions that enhance customer convenience and security.
6. Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Identify opportunities for additional sales and services.
9. Leverage service appointments into leads and revenue.

Qualifications:

1. Sales or field service experience is preferred; technical backgrounds such as construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
5. Residence within a 20-mile radius of the designated city.
6. Ability to pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

1. Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
2. Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
3. Work in confined spaces such as attics.
4. Stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
