Job summary

Servall Uniform & Linen Supply is a local family-owned business with a long history of providing high quality textile services. The role focuses on in-house production, operating DTF printers and heat presses to customize garments for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales and other production team members to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience with DTF or screen printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with DTF printing or screen printing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DTF printers and related printing equipment.
• Load and maintain DTF film, ink, powder, and other consumables.
• Operate heat presses to transfer designs onto shirts, hoodies, and other garments.
• Ensure correct garment positioning, temperature, pressure, and pressing time.
• Inspect finished garments for alignment, adhesion, color, and overall print quality.
• Follow production orders and worksheets.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printers, heat presses, and curing equipment.
• Troubleshoot common printing and pressing issues and report equipment problems when necessary.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Package and prepare completed orders for pickup or shipping.
