ShirtHub is seeking a detail-oriented production teammate to join our growing team in Minnesota. Experience with digital printing equipment or graphics software is a plus but not required; training is available for motivated candidates.

You will support printing, design file prep, heat pressing, and quality control to deliver high-quality apparel. Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to on-time client deliveries while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training available.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
• Attention to color accuracy and print quality.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate DTF printing equipment, set up, calibrate, and monitor prints.
• Prepare design files for printing and ensure color accuracy.
• Apply designs using heat press during peak seasons.
• Perform routine maintenance on printers.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Manage inventory of films, inks, and powders.
• Coordinate production schedules with design and fulfillment teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
