Job summary

Jiffy is seeking a Product Quality Engineer specializing in digital printing to drive quality across our direct-to-film printing operations and apparel catalog. You will set color standards, manage spectrophotometric workflows, and act as SME for CMYK processing and device-link profiles.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Supplier Management, and Product teams, lead audits, dashboards, and training to improve pre-press workflows and reduce downstream issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Color Science, Print Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in print quality engineering and color management.
• Experience with ICC profiling workflows and spectrophotometric color measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product quality program for direct-to-film printing and apparel catalog.
• Define color management standards across the printer network using ICC profiling and calibration.
• Lead audits, track defects, and drive corrective actions across distributed print partners.
• Develop dashboards and training materials to improve pre-press workflows and reduce issues.
