Job summary
Miami Mixed Media in Miami, FL is seeking a Screen Printing & DTF/DTG Production Specialist to join our hands-on team. You will operate screen printing, DTF/DTG printers, and support daily production delivering high-quality prints.
Ideal candidates have hands-on garment printing experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications
- Experience in screen printing and/or DTF/DTG production.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Detail‑oriented with strong quality-control instincts.
- Basic tech skills (tablets, tracking systems) and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Screen Printing: set up and break down jobs; load/unload garments; ink mixing, labeling, and inventory; prepare and maintain screens; perform quality checks.
- DTF / DTG / Digital Production: operate DTF and DTG printers, shakers, heat‑press workstations; perform daily maintenance; troubleshoot color/print issues.
- General Production Support: pack finished garments; staging, folding, counting, organization; restock inks and consumables; keep areas clean; use job tracking systems.
