Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Retail Planning professional in Seattle to drive monthly and seasonal financial plans in a multi-channel environment. The role partners with DTC teams, Omni Buyers, and Site Merchants to optimize sales, margin, and inventory across stores and online.

You will analyze store and eCommerce trends, build forecasts, and translate findings into actionable assortment and replenishment plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum 5-7 years of retail merchandise experience.
Minimum 3 years planning experience in a multi-channel retail environment.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly and seasonal financial plans with direction from leaders.
Develop monthly sales and inventory plans for core styles and flow inventory monthly.
Collaborate with DTC teams to develop growth strategies by style/classification.
Develop expertise in retail store and eCommerce sales curves and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with merchants to determine order quantities for seasonal buys.
Review monthly inventory and receipt plans and identify issues and solutions.
Maintain bulk inventory levels to support online sales and store replenishment.
Develop monthly Outlet transfer plans and communicate forecasts to Outlet team.
Review weekly style performance and communicate needs to stakeholders.
Publish weekly vendor sales reports and analyze results versus plan and prior year.
Perform pre-season, in-season, and post-season analysis to uncover opportunities and risks.
Develop recommendations for in-season changes and pre-season assortment plans.
