Job summary

Altra Running is seeking a DTC Merchandiser to support forecasting and in-season merchandising for the US and Canada ecommerce sites. You’ll help manage retail planning and allocations from our Denver HQ, working closely with the DTC Merchandising Manager to drive growth.

You’ll forecast, analyze trends, and coordinate with external vendors to enhance product presentation and customer experience across channels. This role is anchored in Denver, CO with opportunity to influence multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, merchandising or marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of merchandising or product buying experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Retail Stores—Own Forecasting and In-season operations for Canada region.
• Website Merchandising for US and CAN regions.
• External Vendor Project Management – Partner with external website vendors to improve customer experiences like shoe finder, onsite user generated content, product reviews and fit recommendations.
