Job summary

Altra is seeking a DTC Merchandiser to support the Merchandising Manager in forecasting and in-season activities for US and Canada e-commerce. This role oversees retail planning and allocations and handles day-to-day merchandising tasks from our Denver, CO headquarters.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally, analyze product trends, and drive growth for the DTC channel while leveraging Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, merchandising or marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of merchandising or product buying experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own Forecasting and In-season operations for Canada region.
• Website Merchandising for US and CAN regions.
• External Vendor Project Management - Partner with external website vendors to improve customer experiences.
