Job summary

Altra Running is seeking a DTC Merchandiser to support forecasting and in-season merchandising for the US and Canada ecommerce sites. You’ll help manage retail planning and allocations from our Denver HQ, working closely with the DTC Merchandising Manager to drive growth.

You’ll forecast, analyze trends, and coordinate with external vendors to enhance product presentation and customer experience across channels. This role is anchored in Denver, CO with opportunity to influence multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, merchandising or marketing preferred.
• 2+ years of merchandising or product buying experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What will you do?

As the DTC Merchandiser, you will assist the DTC Merchandising Manager in managing product forecasts and in season merchandising to achieve the financial goals of the Altra Ecommerce and Retail businesses. This role will oversee our retail planning and allocations as well as assist in day‑to‑day merchandising tasks for the US and Canada Ecommerce sites. This role is located in our Denver, CO headquarters.

• Passion for product and market trends to understand the why behind the what in sales trends
• Data driven mindset, balanced with common sense, intuition and a consumer led approach
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• You are results driven to support DTC’s ambitious growth targets
• Experience in consumer goods within the footwear or apparel industry a plus

Hiring Range:

$69,120.00 USD - $86,400.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, ororcommissionpotential.
