Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Babylist.

Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This role is deeply cross-functional and touches storytelling and community building to brand development and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and outreach to up-and-coming influencers with strong engagement and potential.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to content guidance, approvals, and performance reporting.
  • Build long-term relationships with talent and help scale influencer program.
  • Collaborate with the social team to monitor conversations, gather feedback, and recommend next steps.
  • Add a personal touch through events, gifting, and thoughtful relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or a creative field.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-first environment.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
