Jobot is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Manager in Walnut, CA, offering a hybrid schedule and a path to lead a new direct‑to‑consumer brand from launch onward. You will own Shopify operations, drive growth, and coordinate marketing that translates into revenue and lasting customer relationships.
You’ll bring 6+ years of ecommerce and marketing experience, hands‑on Shopify launch expertise, and a data‑driven approach to optimize conversions and lifecycle programs, with direct access to brand leadership.
$130000 - $140000 per year | Walnut, CA | On-site | Permanent
We are an established consumer products company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to market. Our next chapter includes a new direct-to-consumer business—and an opportunity to help shape it before the first customer checks out.
Our team values people who turn ideas into action, connect brand storytelling with commercial results, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Have you helped bring a DTC brand or Shopify business to life—and want the chance to do it again?
We’re looking for a DTC Ecommerce Manager who can connect the creative ambition of a new brand with the execution required to build a successful digital business. You’ll help prepare a new consumer business for launch, own its day-to-day Shopify operation, and coordinate marketing that moves customers from discovery to purchase to repeat engagement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both planning and doing. You might spend the morning diagnosing a conversion bottleneck, the afternoon shaping an integrated campaign brief, and the next day making sure product pages, lifecycle flows, and launch assets are ready to go.
You’ll have support from established e-commerce and marketing colleagues, including assistance with the Shopify build. You’ll bring the hands‑on experience, clear priorities, and follow‑through needed to turn that support into a launch‑ready business.
