Job summary

Cinch Home Services is seeking a customer-focused Digital Product Manager to support and grow our Direct-to-Consumer digital product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements, optimize the customer journey, and deliver measurable business value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner for B2C digital products.
• Experience across multi-platform digital environments and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing funnels, customer journey mapping, and landing page optimization.
• Experience with agile environments and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent communication and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the DTC product backlog and priorities.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with engineering.
• Launch discount and product codes across the DTC experience.
• Translate customer research into actionable product initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Work with UX/UI designers and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
• Maintain a testing roadmap and run AB experiments.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
