Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Naval Power Section Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead a 14+ person Systems Administrators team supporting DT programs across multiple security domains. The role requires building a high-performing team, directing digital services, and ensuring successful program execution.

The position emphasizes hiring, staff development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with Digital, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Program Leadership. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• Experience with Digital Technology (DT), IT or System Administration duties.

Responsibilities

• Partner with peers to enable flawless Digital service delivery and technology insertion/evolution.
