• Pay range shown is hourly pay for internship.
• Commitment for entire duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, running, and monitoring software performance tests on new and existing programs for debugging and improvement.
• Translate functional specs into technical specs with guidance from team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision.
• Perform testing and implementation of projects with direction from others.
• Provide technical support and update the help desk on issue statuses.
• Maintain incidents and problems in ServiceNow and communicate status in a timely fashion.
• Propose software designs based on principles and functional specs.
• Complete documentation, testing, and implementation of projects under direction.

Education

Associates or Bachelors degree in Business/Information Technology
