Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience. Maintain in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, responding promptly to customer and associate requests, and ensuring store standards are met.
  • Store Operations: Review daily communication, plan and assign tasks, and ensure completion. Achieve sales goals, leverage inventory reports, and complete audit-related processes.
  • Inventory and Omnichannel Activities: Supervise inventory activities, manage in-store and digital services like BOPIS, and communicate supply needs.
  • Customer and Team Safety: Ensure a safe environment, address concerns promptly, manage payroll activities, and provide performance feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Recognize and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and support training and coaching efforts.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and hold team accountable.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and outside shifts.
  • Proficiency with technology used in customer interactions.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related tasks.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
