Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Personalize customer experience: Maintain in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, respond to customer and associate requests with urgency.
  • Ensure positive customer experience: Maintain store standards, complete daily opening/closing tasks, store cleaning, recovery, and maintenance.
  • Manage daily operations: Review communication, plan and assign tasks, follow through with required actions.
Customer Experience and Store Operations
  • Meet metric-based goals, understand and communicate daily progress, and analyze business trends.
  • Complete audit processes, donations, transfers, damages, etc.
  • Work closely with leadership to follow policies and procedures.
Leverage In-store and Digital Services
  • Participate in inventory activities: freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, MOOS.
  • Assist with omni-channel activities: Charge/Send, BOPIS.
  • Communicate supply needs for successful operations.
Customer and Team Safety
  • Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates; check equipment regularly.
  • Address concerns promptly, involve partners when needed.
  • Support payroll and timekeeping activities.
  • Provide feedback on associate performance and communicate issues to Store Manager.
Team Engagement and Development
  • Recognize associates through company tools.
  • Support training and coaching of team members.
  • Perform other store duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent customer service, professionalism, positive attitude, enthusiasm.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet expectations, and hold team accountable.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and outside hours.
  • Proficient with technology (Register, iPhone, calculator).
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 100%, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical activities like stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years workforce experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated pay range is $15.25 to $16.25, based on various factors including experience, location, and organizational needs. Benefits are not included in this range unless legally required.
