Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Personalize customer experience: Maintain in-store experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors, respond promptly to customer and associate requests, and meet store KPIs.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences: Maintain store standards, handle daily open/close tasks, and respond to feedback efficiently.
  • Monitor business performance: Review daily metrics, communicate trends, and follow policies on audits, donations, transfers, damages, etc.
  • Leverage in-store and digital services: Participate in inventory activities, support omni-channel operations like BOPIS, and communicate supply needs.
  • Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction: Ensure a safe environment, address concerns quickly, manage payroll activities, and provide feedback on team performance.
  • Motivate and support team: Recognize staff achievements, support training and coaching, and perform other store duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet expectations.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts outside standard hours.
  • Proficiency with store technology (registers, devices, etc.).
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related tasks.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated pay range is $17.10 to $22.20, based on various factors including experience and location. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. This position is also eligible for a monthly sales bonus.
