Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Membership: Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Sales Transactions: Answer questions, complete sales or digital orders.

• Maintain Environment: Keep store neat, clean, and safe; manage merchandise, cleanliness, and stockroom organization.

• Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools to check product availability, perform other duties as assigned.

• Customer First: Handle transactions accurately, partner with CEL for escalations, follow asset protection policies.

• Bring Fun and Energy: Participate in meetings, accept coaching, support teamwork and inclusivity.

Required Skills:

• Proficient with technology (registers, iPhone, calculator).
