Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and enroll in the loyalty program.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including handling merchandise, housekeeping, and stockroom organization.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment tasks, locate items, inspect products, and use company tools for customer orders.
• Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle cash, operate the register, and escalate issues as needed.
• Bring Energy and Teamwork: Participate in meetings, accept coaching, and support inclusivity.
