Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, match needs with service, and personalize the experience. Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members. Answer questions and process transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.
- Maintain Store Environment: Ensure a neat, clean, and safe environment. This includes clearing trash, cleaning the store and restrooms, vacuuming, and organizing stock. Receive freight, prepare merchandise, and maintain stockroom standards.
- Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment tasks, locate items, inspect products, package, and label for pickup or delivery. Use company tools to check product availability and assist customers accordingly.
- Customer Transactions and Asset Protection: Process transactions accurately, handle cash, operate registers, and partner with leadership on escalated issues. Follow asset protection policies.
- Teamwork and Energy: Participate in team meetings, training, and be receptive to coaching. Support an inclusive team environment.
