Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience.
• Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers, including cleaning, organizing, and housekeeping tasks.
• Receive inbound freight, prepare, and display merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Complete fulfillment functions including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling for pickup/delivery.
• Use company tools to search product availability and assist customers.
• Follow all policies for customer transactions, asset protection, and safety.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training, support inclusivity, and demonstrate teamwork.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 100% of the shift.
