Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Service: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and enroll new loyalty members.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a clean, safe environment; handle merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, locate items, and use company tools for customer interactions.
• Customer Transactions: Process transactions accurately, follow policies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology (registers, devices).
• Ability to stand/walk up to 100%; lift up to 50 lbs; kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly.
