Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience:

• Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.

Be committed to providing a positive and consistent customer experience:

• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers and staff, including cleaning, organizing, and housekeeping tasks.
• Receive inbound freight, prepare, and display merchandise according to standards, and maintain stockroom organization.

Leverage in-store and digital services to bring shoes to life:

• Complete fulfillment functions, locate items, inspect condition, and prepare for pickup or delivery.
• Use company tools to check product availability and assist customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Prioritize customer service:

• Handle transactions following policies, ensure accuracy, and partner with leadership for escalations.
• Follow asset protection policies.

Bring fun and energy:

• Participate actively in team meetings and training.
• Be receptive to coaching and demonstrate teamwork and inclusivity.
