Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personalized Customer Experience: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and enroll loyalty program members.
• Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including stocking, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Fulfillment and Merchandising: Receive freight, prepare merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment, locate items, and use company tools for customer orders.
• Customer Transactions: Handle sales accurately, operate register, and escalate issues when needed.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support inclusivity and teamwork.

• Proficiency with store technology (register, iPhone, calculator).
