Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, personalize service, and promote the DSW Loyalty program.
• Environment Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including managing merchandise, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, stock shelves, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• In-store and Digital Services: Fulfill customer orders, locate products, and use company tools for customer service.
• Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle cash, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Team Participation: Participate in team meetings, training, and support a positive team environment.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.

• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology (registers, iPhones, calculators).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
