Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, read cues, personalize service, share loyalty program benefits, and complete transactions.
2. Maintain Environment: Keep store neat, clean, safe, and organized; handle freight and merchandise according to standards.
3. Leverage Services: Fulfill orders, use company tools for product searches, and perform other assigned duties.
4. Customer Focus: Process transactions accurately, partner with leadership for escalations, and follow asset protection policies.
5. Bring Fun and Energy: Participate in team meetings, be receptive to feedback, and support inclusivity.
