Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding products and complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including clearing trash, cleaning, and organizing the store and stockroom.
• Receive inbound freight, prepare merchandise for display, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Complete fulfillment functions: locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling for pickup/delivery.
• Use company tools to search product availability and assist customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including asset protection.
• Handle transactions accurately, operate the register, and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training, support inclusivity, and be receptive to feedback.
