Job summary

Amentum seeks a driven senior enterprise integration and project-management specialist to connect the US PACOM Decision Support Team with the Biosurveillance Program. The Lead owns the integration workstream, develops repeatable strategies, and interfaces with Combatant Commands and external partners.

The role reports to the Biosurveillance Director and requires coordinating across military, intelligence, medical, and program communities. Expect travel and frequent executive communication duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, military training, and directly related experience.
• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility later during employment; US Citizenship required for Secret clearance.
• Senior project-management, program-integration, or enterprise-integration experience in a DoW/national-security or similar environment.
• Eight+ years coordinating complex projects, stakeholders, requirements, risks, schedules, and deliverables.
• Experience across program offices, operational organizations, technical teams, and senior government stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational lessons into repeatable processes, implementation guidance, and scalable capabilities.
• Familiarity with military planning and collaboration with planners, intelligence professionals, and senior leaders.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, writing, organization, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the integration interface among the Biosurveillance Director, US PACOM DST, J07, J85, and other stakeholders.
• Capture US PACOM requirements, lessons, and decision pathways for enterprise incorporation.
• Develop repeatable templates, procedures, and governance for DST expansion to other Commands.
• Own the integration schedule, work plan, risk/issue log, and status reporting; drive closure and escalate barriers.
• Coordinate senior working groups, planning sessions, and decision forums across military, intelligence, medical, and program communities.
• Lead process evaluation, change management, knowledge management, and continuous improvement for the integration workstream.
• Test the Biosurveillance Information Platform and synthesize feedback for Military Utility Assessments.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements for feeds, dashboards, alerts, tools, and workflows.
• Maintain awareness of PACOM plans and stakeholder requirements to keep solutions relevant.
• Develop executive briefs, decision papers, white papers, implementation plans, and risk reports.
• Travel up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
