Royal Crown Homes LLC in Bloomington, MN is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team serving residents in New Brighton/Arden Hills. This part-time/on-call role supports four homes with PM shifts and weekend availability, providing personalized care in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include direct care, ADLs, ISPs documentation, medication administration, and community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Administer medications and follow health care protocols as directed
• Facilitate community integration activities, appointments, and social outings
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for all residents
