Job summary

Inspire-Care- seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional with HHA or CNA certification to care for clients in the Hammond and Portage area, including night shifts. The role emphasizes reliability, patience, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, or home health aide.
• HHA/CNA license required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance; willing to drive for the client.
• Recent TB/PPD tests or equivalent within the last year.
• CPR/BLS/Heartsaver Card issued by AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Support clients with housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Transport client (if needed).
