Job summary

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia’s Dublin I/DD Day Services is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next Direct Support Professional Team Lead. This position involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through a combination of direct care services, accurate documentation, and oversight of program operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health preferred but not required.
• Valid GA Driver's License.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to work crew members performing ground and yard maintenance.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating work crew assignments and daily yard maintenance.
• Updates Personal Focus Worksheets yearly as assigned and participates in audits.
• Transports individuals safely to appointments or as assigned.
• Assists the CSW's as assigned and fill in as needed.
• Attends training as scheduled.
• Keeps up with health forms and documentation; open/close building as needed.
• Assist the Director/Program Manager as assigned and serve as Acting Program Manager in absence of the Program Manager.
