Job summary

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia's Dublin I/DD Day Services seeks a Direct Support Professional Team Lead to supervise care staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure accurate documentation. This position is based in Dublin, GA and supports individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include supervising ground/yard maintenance crews, coordinating schedules, updating records, and assisting with ISP processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field preferred but not required.
• Valid GA Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work crew performing ground and yard maintenance.
• Coordinate work crew assignments and daily yard tasks.
• Maintain and update individual records; assist with audits.
• Complete HRSTs and ISP-related tasks as assigned.
• Transport individuals safely to appointments as needed.
• Assist CSWs and fill in as needed; attend scheduled trainings.
• Communicate with families about individual needs and updates.
• Monitor Therap records daily for accuracy and provide documentation training.
