Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience requested.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Dependable, patient and encouraging personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide short, focused support sessions to help individuals gain confidence and independence in daily life.
• Coach, encourage, and celebrate clients' progress toward personal goals.
• Support individuals in developing daily living and independent life skills.
• Assist with community activities, errands, and social engagement.
• Document services provided during each shift and build positive relationships.
