Morning Star Personal Care Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Decatur and Lilburn locations. The DSP provides person-centered services, promotes independence and safety, and maintains detailed, timely documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with each individual's needs and service plan.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity, safety, and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required for the position.
• Follow Morning Star policies, procedures, training requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Communicate professionally with individuals, coworkers, supervisors, families/guardians, and other members of the individual's support team.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of the individuals we serve.
• Complete required training, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time and prepared to work the full scheduled shift.
• Perform additional responsibilities appropriate to the position as assigned.

Morning Star Personal Care Inc. is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the following two positions:

Decatur, GA 30032 — Weekday Evening Shift
Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
40 hours per week

Lilburn, GA 30047 — Weekend Shift
Saturday 7:30 AM through Monday 7:30 AM
48-hour weekend shift
