Job summary

Morning Star Personal Care Inc. in the Atlanta area is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a compassionate team dedicated to person-centered services that promote independence, safety, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will work closely with residents, families, and care teammates; maintain documentation, complete trainings, and arrive on time for full shifts.

Qualifications

• Must meet all education, experience, certification, background, and training requirements applicable to the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality services.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use electronic systems and technology required for documentation, communication, scheduling, and training.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment and ongoing employment requirements.
