Job summary

Morning Star Personal Care Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Atlanta area for team-based, person-centered support. You will work to promote independence, safety, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality services, maintaining documentation, following policies, and collaborating with families and staff. The role requires reliable attendance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must meet all education, experience, certification, background, and training requirements applicable to the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality services.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use electronic systems and technology required for documentation, communication, scheduling, and training.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment and ongoing employment requirements.

• Perform additional responsibilities appropriate to the position as assigned.
