The Per Diem Overnight Direct Support Professional provides awake overnight supervision and support to individuals across Chapel Haven's residential programs, filling in as needed at REACH, SAIL, or SLP residences. This role helps ensure consistent, safe, and person-centered overnight coverage agency-wide and requires the flexibility to work across multiple program sites and teams.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services or a related field, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Previous experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or autism. Familiarity with DDS systems and/or CARF standards is a plus.
