Job summary

May Institute is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for our Adults Residential Program in Massachusetts. Shifts available include day, evening, and overnight on a full-time basis.

You will support adults 22+ with autism and developmental disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment to promote independence and growth. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, implementing behavior support plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience required.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to support adults with diverse needs.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and current U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
• Experience with adults or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
