Qualifications

• HS diploma typically required.
• DSP-I and DSP-II Certifications required.
• Valid CPR, CPI and First Aid Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in personal care for residents, including eating, hygiene and bedtime preparation.
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily activities to develop living skills per IPP/ISP goals.
• Administer and monitor medications as needed per program requirements.
• Support transportation to health care appointments and other locations.
• Document daily reports and maintain required records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
